Meet The Founder
Mrs. Constance “Connie” Braswell brings together educational leadership, classroom experience, school administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (S.T.E.A.M.) Integration, mentoring, and service to families. Her work has centered on helping students grow academically while also developing confidence, creativity, communication, and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and graduate-level certification in Integrated S.T.E.A.M. Education. Her professional background includes serving in school leadership, teaching English language arts, History, Drama and Theater, developing academic programs, coordinating student experiences, and supporting college and career planning. As a United States Air Force veteran, she values discipline, service, teamwork, resilience, and mission-focused leadership. Those values help shape the culture of INGA and its commitment to preparing students not only for academic progress, but also for responsible citizenship and purposeful lives. INGA represents both a professional vision and a personal calling: to create a place where students who learn differently, need renewed confidence, or desire more meaningful educational experiences can receive focused support and real opportunity. Mrs. Braswell is married to Pastor Levi Braswell, Jr. They have two adult children, and their youngest son is a Freshman at INGA. When not working, Mrs. Braswell loves to crochet, acting in local plays, traveling, having fun times with family and friends, and serving in ministry with her husband and family. She is also a member of the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
Mrs. Laura Harris
Mrs. Laura Harris, serves as the Vice Principal and Math & High School Educator. She is a dedicated educator, professional librarian, researcher, and lifelong learner with a passion for developing strong, confident, and thoughtful students. Mrs. Harris holds a Master of Library Science (M.L.S.) and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Theology and Theological Research.
Her educational philosophy is deeply rooted in Classical Education, including the principles of Trivium and Quadrivium. Throughout her career, she has witnessed the impact of this approach can have on students’ reading, writing, vocabulary, critical thinking, reasoning, and communication skills. Her professional experience also includes serving as a library manager and children’s librarian, mentoring homeschool families, developing educational programming, strategic planning, research, and public speaking.
Mrs. Harris believes education should do more than teach students what to think-it should equip them to think deeply, communicate confidently, ask meaningful questions, and become lifelong learners. As a member of INGA's leadership team, she brings a love of books, research, education, leadership, and intellectual curiosity to our students while helping prepare them for both academic achievement and college/career readiness.
Ms. Kiara Braswell
Ms. Kiara Braswell is INGA’s Electives and Christian Education Educator, bringing together her background in dance, ministry, cultural studies, and creative learning. She holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Dance, from Drexel University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Anthropology at Eastern University. Her academic and professional experiences have allowed her to explore the intersection of movement, culture, faith, and education in meaningful ways.
Ms. Key's ministry background includes training in evangelism through Every Nation Church and participating in retreats, summer ministry training, and international ministry experiences and mission work in Europe and Uganda. These opportunities have strengthened her passion for Christian education and for helping students understand faith as something that can be lived, expressed, and shared.
In addition to her role at INGA, Ms. Kiara teaches multiple dance classes at Triple Threat Dance Collective. Her interest in dance, physical fitness, production, travel, and technology allow her to bring energy, creativity, and cultural awareness into the classroom. She is passionate about creating learning experiences that encourage students to move, explore, create, ask questions, and discover their own unique gifts and talents.
Miss. Yvette Lewis
Miss. Yvette Lewis is a valued member of the INGA family, serving as our Lead Educator for 3rd-5th Grades. She is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College, where she earned an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology.
A patient and compassionate educator, Miss Yvette values individualized instruction and small group learning, allowing her to support students according to their unique needs and learning styles.
She brings over 18 years of experience working with children and adults varying ages and abilities. Her professional background includes residential care, after-school programs, community assistance, one-on-one student coaching, and one-on-one job coaching. She has a genuine heart for helping others, works well as part of a team, and is deeply committed to serving her community.
Outside of work, Miss Yvette enjoys singing, traveling, cooking, celebrating the holidays, meeting new people, spending time with family, and loving on babies. She looks forward to sharing her compassion, experience, positive energy, and dedication with INGA students and families.
Ms. Francheska Bowman
Ms. Francheska Bowman, serves as the Administrative Director at Impacting New Generations Academy where she helps oversee the organization, coordination, and daily administrative operations of the school. She hold two associate degrees from Pearl River Community College and Northwest Florida State College and will be graduating in the Spring of 2027 with a bachelor's degree in Business Management and Supervision at Northwest Florida State College. Ms. Bowman also holds a State of Florida Director's Credential and serves as an Executive Secretary within her church’s administrative office.
Known for her attention to detail, professionalism, organization, and warm personality, Ms. Bowman plays an essential role in creating a welcoming and well-structured environment for INGA students, families, and staff. Her ability to combine strong administrative skills with genuine care for others makes her an important part of the INGA leadership team.
Outside of work and school, she enjoy coloring, crafting, shopping, traveling both stateside and internationally, and spending quality time with her daughter, friends, and family. She is also serves as a Youth Leader at her church.
Ms. Bowman is grateful for the opportunity to bring her organizational skills, creativity, administrative experience, and love for children to the INGA family. She is committed to supporting students, families, and staff while helping maintain a positive, organized and welcoming environment. where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Mrs. Sara Jones
Mrs. Sara Jones proudly serves as INGA’s Lead K–2 Educator. A longtime resident of Okaloosa County, she is a retired military veteran and experienced certified educator who has taught in several Okaloosa County schools. She specializes in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, an area that has remained one of her greatest professional passions. Her experience also includes serving as the Director of Grace Academy Childcare Center and working for many years as a Federal Family Programs Manager. Throughout her career, she had dedicated herself to serving and supporting children and families.
Mrs. Sara brings a calm, confident presence to the classroom. Her quiet firmness establishes clear expectations and creates an orderly, structured environment that allows students to focus, participate, and learn effectively. Her teaching style reflects a strong classical foundation emphasizing structure, repetition, foundational skills, and meaningful teacher-led instruction while incorporating technology to support engagement, reinforcement, and individualized learning.
She brings a wealth of experience, leadership, compassion, and genuine love for educating young children to the INGA Family. Mrs. Sara is proud to call INGA Academy home and is committed to helping our youngest Mavericks build strong academic foundations, develop confidence, and cultivate a lifelong love of learning.
