Impacting New Generations Academy (INGA) is a Florida-based educational organization created to redefine the learning experience through an innovative STEAM-centered hybrid model. Founder Profile
Constance Braswell is a visionary educational executive with leadership experience across private, public, charter, collegiate high school, hybrid, homeschool, and faith-based education.
Her work reflects a record of building systems from the ground up, transforming academic programs, aligning teachers with their strengths, integrating differentiated learning technology, expanding STEAM and performing arts, developing student entrepreneurship, and strengthening family engagement and college readiness.
Her professional preparation includes a Master of Education, a graduate certificate in Integrated STEAM Education, a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology, and extensive experience in school leadership, curriculum development, intervention, student programming, and college consulting.
As a United States Air Force Technical Sergeant, she demonstrated exceptional precision and accountability managing approximately 2,000 personnel files with zero discrepancies during a Pentagon Inspector General inspection. That same commitment to excellence, stewardship, and service shapes the operational foundation of INGA.
